Matriarch set a Guinness World Record for Gaviscon through an exciting
interactive event hosted at the
Pure & Crafted festival in Johannesburg.
The event mimicked the latest Gaviscon TVC, with the aim to communicate that Gaviscon lasts twice as long as any other antacid on the market.
After many months of planning and 7 attempts during a Johannesburg storm, the Guinness World Record was finally achieved. Gaviscon set a Guinness World Record for the Most consecutive crossings of a pool of Non-Newtonian fluid.
All in all, brand exposure was shared with more than 115 000 consumers during the event with extensive online & PR exposure thereafter.
