As the KZN Regional Operations Manager, Stanley manages every campaign in the region, from logistics to flawless execution. He’s also a Matriarch director and shareholder, with his dedication being a cornerstone of our continued success in KwaZulu-Natal experiential marketing.
Q&A with Stanley:
Q: What is your job title, what do you do, and when did you join Matriarch?
A: I’m the KZN Operations Manager, and I’ve been with Matriarch since 2002. I manage all operations within the KwaZulu-Natal region, working closely with our KZN Operations Team to ensure every activation runs flawlessly.
Q: What has been the most impactful campaign you’ve worked on during your time at Matriarch?
A: The Miss Soweto campaign. It’s a large-scale activation that brings together most of the team and is broadcast on national TV. The teamwork and the event’s scale make it one of the most memorable KZN experiential marketing campaigns I’ve worked on.
Q: What are you most proud of in your life?
A: My family comes first, but my Matriarch family is a close second. After so many years, each success and milestone brings me pride. It’s been an incredible journey.
Q: Please share three interesting facts people don’t know about you.
💪 Going to the gym at the end of the day helps me unwind and stay focused.
👀 I’m an introvert, which helps me observe and manage events better.
⛪️ I’m involved in community development and church activities, which give me hope for a better future.

A: I’d love to meet Vusi Thembekwayo. His energy and passion for business inspire me to act on the ideas I’ve been holding back.
